As an ANM/MO I want to access a "Help" section at the top of the UI so that I can quickly troubleshoot any issues, access guides, and resolve problems during video consultations.
Acceptance Criteria
- A Help Section is added to the top of the provider UI, easily accessible from the main screen.
- Troubleshooting (common video/audio issues and solutions).
- Step-by-Step Guides (how to use video consultation features, start a consultation, etc.).
- FAQs (answers to common questions related to video consultation).
- The Help Section is collapsible, allowing providers to expand it when needed and minimize it when not in use, maintaining a clean interface.
