As a healthcare provider I want to offer video consultation services and streamline appointment scheduling so that patients can receive timely medical advice and care from the comfort of their homes.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Beneficiaries should have an option to schedule video consultation appointments through the system interface.
- Appointment scheduling should be integrated with the healthcare provider's existing scheduling system to avoid conflicts and ensure availability.
- Calendar for the appointment booking for the beneficiary.
- Users should be able to initiate video consultations with patients directly from the system interface.
- The system should support secure and consent mechanism to compliant video conferencing capabilities to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Beneficiary should receive automated reminders and notifications for upcoming video consultation appointments, including instructions on how to join the video call.
