As a quality supervisor I want to record video consultation sessions so that I can review the discussion later for quality assurance.

Acceptance Criteria

• Before the consultation begins, both parties are notified that the session will be recorded (mention on consent)
• The recording is securely stored and linked to the beneficiary record.
• The recording automatically stops when the session ends or session got disconnected.
• Log data (start time, duration, participants, etc.) is captured along with the recording
