As a developer I want to set up and integrate Jitsi Meet into our application so that users can start secure and seamless video consultations within our platform.

Acceptance Criteria

• Jitsi server (self-hosted or Jitsi Meet API) is properly set up and accessible.
• Users can initiate a video consultation session from within the app using Jitsi.
• Each session generates a unique, secure room name.
• Video interface is embedded within the app
• Jitsi room expires after session ends or on timeout for privacy/security.
• Consent is requested before joining the video session
