As an ANM/MO I am using CTI and want to initiate a video consultation from within an ongoing CTI call so that I can provide better visual support without disconnecting the current session.
Acceptance Criteria
- While on a CTI call, the agent sees a “Start Video Consultation” option in the CTI interface.
- Upon clicking, a secure video link is generated and sent to the customer.
- The agent is prompted to launch the video session in a separate window/tab or embedded view.
- The voice channel got disconnected after activating the video link.
- The system tracks and logs the transition for reporting and auditing.
