      In Closure screen Language not showing in the preferred language drop down list in associate level

      Description

      • Steps to Reproduce:
        1. Open the application in the browser view.
        2. Navigate to the login page.
        3. Associate Enter valid username and password.
        4. Call the beneficiary and disconnect the call.
        5. Go to Closure page select language drop --> Is empty
      • Expected Result:
        Like ANM drop down should show ALL the language.
      • Actual Result:
        Closure page select language drop --> Is empty
      • Observed Environment:  UAT, Pre Prod & Production
