Description
As a User using the 1097 Outbound Calling Application,
I want grievance details from the Grievance Portal to be displayed in the outbound calling record,
So that I can view all relevant information about the complaint before making feedback calls to the beneficiary.
*Acceptance Criteria:
Integration with Grievance Portal:
The application should fetch the following details from the Grievance Portal for each complaint:
Complaint ID
Complaint Date
Release Date
Subject of Complaint
State
District
Severity
Level 1
Action
Data Display:
All the above grievance details should be displayed in the outbound calling record view in a structured format.The data should be presented in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for counselors to access and understand.
Record Count:
The application should maintain a count of all outbound calling records fetched from the Grievance Portal.
Counselors should be able to see the total number of grievance records available for outbound calls.
Data Accuracy:
The fetched grievance details should match the information available in the Grievance Portal.
Filter and Search Options:
Counselors should be able to filter or search the outbound calling records by Complaint ID, State, District, Severity, or Subject of Complaint.
Data Update Synchronization:
Any updates in the Grievance Portal should automatically reflect in the outbound calling record within a reasonable time frame.
