After User login in location screen show User TU, facility and Team details

      As a User after login, I should be able to know about my TU, facility and Team details.

      currently, as a User after login in the location screen, can see State, District, Block and Villages mapped.
      Now additionally require more details like as follows (Mapped in the work location by Admin):

      1. Tuberculosis Unit (TU) or TUs
      2. Facility (s)
      3. Team to which User is mapped

      Show the Team name in the after Name in hamburger menu
