Under the TB Screening form, add a free text box for the field “Other symptoms”, so that users can record symptoms that are not listed when “Others” is answered “Yes”.

Logic

• Alphanumeric characters allowed, up to 200 characters.
• Field is enabled only if “Others” = “Yes”.
• Field is mandatory when enabled.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Given the TB Screening form is open, when “Others” = “Yes”, then the “Other symptoms” free text box is enabled.
2. Given “Others” is not “Yes”, then the “Other symptoms” field is not enabled.
3. Given the field is enabled, when it is left blank, then the user cannot proceed and is prompted to fill it in.
4. Given the field is enabled, when the user enters alphanumeric text, then up to 200 characters are accepted.
5. Given the user has reached 200 characters, then no further characters can be entered.
