STOPTB_TBMJA_TB Screening form submission data not reflceting to counter 3

      Hi team,

      we have received update from the ground that TB screening form submitted at counter 2 but that submission not reflecting in counter 3. Application version is 2.2.2.

      I have collected the logs and attached here for reference.
