Description

When accessing the Digital Chest X-Ray module in the Camp Hub Connected application, the referrals for beneficiaries are displayed with the status “Declined / Not Conducted.” An error message is also displayed against the affected orders.

The screen provides a “Retry Referral” button, but the displayed status indicates that the referral has not been successfully processed.

This issue is observed for multiple beneficiaries in the list, including Rekha Kumar and Amit Kumar, with the service listed as XRAY_CHEST.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Camp Hub Connected application.
2. Navigate to the Digital Chest X-Ray module.
3. Search for or open the beneficiary referral list.
4. Locate a beneficiary with a Chest X-Ray referral.
5. Check the referral status and error message displayed against the order.
6. Observe that the referral status is “Declined / Not Conducted.”
7. Click “See more” next to the error message to inspect the error details.
8. Observe the “Retry Referral” button displayed for the affected referral.

Expected Result

    The Chest X-Ray referral should be submitted and processed successfully.

Actual Result

      A “Retry Referral” button is displayed, indicating that further action may be required.
