What to build
Update four fields in the House Hold Amenities section of HH registration: Separate Kitchen, Source of water, Source of lighting and Toilet. Also apply the same rules to their "Other" textboxes.

What exists today
STOP-410 (Done) made the amenities fields mandatory. STOP-583 (To Do) covers "Primary source of Fuel used for cooking", so fuel is not part of this ticket.

Checks
- "Is there a Separate Kitchen?" shows Yes / No as radio buttons.
- Primary Source of water allows only one selection and cannot be left blank.
- Primary source of lighting shows the new label and 6 options including "Solar lamps"; only one can be selected; it cannot be left blank.
- Toilet field shows the label "Availability of Toilet (Type of Toilet)", allows one selection, and cannot be left blank.
- For water, lighting and toilet: selecting "Other" shows its textbox, which is mandatory, accepts alphabets only, up to 50 characters, and supports Speech to Text.
- The textbox is hidden when "Other" is not selected.
