      User Story

      As a Volunteer
      I want all my work (beneficiaries, screenings, diagnostics, treatments, referrals) to be stored on the device
      So that I can operate the app fully in areas with no connectivity

      Acceptance Criteria

      • [ ] Encrypted local database (e.g., SQLite / Realm) initialised on first launch
      • [ ] Schema covers: Beneficiary, TB Screening, Vitals, Diagnostics, Suspected / Confirmed TB, TPT, Referrals, Dashboard aggregates
      • [ ] Deterministic schema migrations on version upgrades
      • [ ] Data stays readable/writable when offline
