      Description
For a beneficiary under 15 years old, the TB Symptoms Screening form shows the same question set as for adults. The questions specific to children under 15 are missing, so a child can't be screened correctly and the symptom result may be inaccurate.

      Steps to Execute

      1. Log in to the app and confirm the banner shows "Camp Hub Connected".
      2. Open the beneficiary list and select a beneficiary whose age is under 15 (e.g., Andrew Symonds, 12 years).
      3. Open TB Symptoms Screening for this beneficiary.
      4. Review the list of symptom questions and the "Other Details" section.
      5. Compare the questions with the required under-15 question set.

      Expected Result

For beneficiaries under 15 years, the form should show the child-specific questions as per the requirement/PRD

      Actual Result:

The child-specific questions for under-15 beneficiaries are missing.
