The following UI/UX enhancements and fixes are required to improve usability, consistency, and visual clarity:

• Remove subtitle “Demographic details”
• Move HoF (Head of Family) & icon to below section
• Change Sync status icon color to green
• Convert Add Member into an icon
• Convert Create ABHA into an icon
• Display ABHA Number along with Nikshay ID once created
• Make Truenat icon bold/thicker for better visibility
• Display Result title and Result value in two lines for readability
• Align Phone calling icon properly with Mobile Number field{}

Pending / Not Fixed Issues:

• Referral and Tuberculosis icons are still not updated
• Non-Household icon placement should be moved below
• If HoF name and Father name are the same, display only the HoF details (do not repeat).
