As a system, I want to automatically refer a beneficiary with a TB Presumptive Chest X-Ray result for Truenat testing, so that molecular confirmation can be performed.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. User/system records TB Presumptive.
2. Chest X-Ray Order Status changes to Completed.
3. The result is saved against the beneficiary record.
4. The system shall create a Truenat Test Order ID.
5. The Truenat Order ID shall be linked to: Beneficiary ID, Visit ID, Referral source = Chest X-Ray.
6. The beneficiary shall become available for the Truenat workflow.
