This is observed from UAT StopTB that data is getting disappear from the Provider Admin Master under "Superadmin". We faced this situation two times.

1. I created more than 45 user for Maharashtra Training, they used the same during the training session and for practice. Again verified the same during the district official demo, the data wasn't available. I created the Provider Admin and uploaded the same sheet. Then the duplicate data was appearing in the work-location mapping drop down.
2. We created 4 TBMJA and 1 MMU user for our Delhi Client laptop and Tabs. Same things repeated here also.
