For all beneficiaries marked as asymptomatic, the system is incorrectly showing them as Presumptive in the TB Symptoms field.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Select/Register a beneficiary
3. Perform TB Screening
4. Mark the beneficiary as asymptomatic (no symptoms)
5. Submit the form
6. Check:
   • TB Symptoms field

Expected Result:

• TB Symptoms field should reflect Asymptomatic / No symptoms
• Beneficiary should NOT be categorized as Presumptive TB

Actual Result:

• TB Symptoms field shows Presumptive even for asymptomatic beneficiaries
