US-CXR-007: Process Normal Result

      As a system, I want to complete the Chest X-Ray order when the result is Normal, so that no unnecessary diagnostic referral is generated.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. User/system records Normal.
      2. Order Status changes from Pending → Completed.
      3. The Chest X-Ray result is saved against the Order ID.
      4. No Truenat Order shall be automatically created based solely on a Normal X-Ray result.
      5. The beneficiary can proceed to the next applicable workflow.
