As a Radiographer, I want to have the Chest X-Ray result automatically received from the integrated Digital X-Ray/AI system, so that I do not have to manually enter the result when device integration is available.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Where Digital X-Ray integration is enabled, the system shall receive the result automatically.
2. The result shall be linked to the correct Beneficiary ID, Visit ID, Chest X-Ray Order ID.
3. The system shall store the X-Ray Test ID.
4. The system shall store the X-Ray image where image integration is supported.
5. A valid result shall change the Order Status from Pending → Completed.
6. An AI Invalid Result shall trigger the repeat-test workflow.
