As a Nurse User/authorized clinical user, I want to have the system automatically create a Chest X-Ray Order ID when a new Chest X-Ray referral is made, so that the diagnostic test can be uniquely tracked against the beneficiary's visit.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. For every New Chest X-Ray referral, the system shall automatically generate a unique Order ID.
2. The Order ID shall be associated with: Beneficiary ID, Visit ID, Test Type = Chest X-Ray, Order Date, Order Status.
3. The Order ID shall be valid for the current calendar day.
4. Multiple Chest X-Ray Order IDs may be created against the same Visit ID where repeat testing is required.
5. Each Order ID shall be unique.
