As per the acceptance criteria, when any of the following conditions are met:

• History of TB = Yes OR
• Anti-TB Drugs = Yes OR
• Sputum = Yes

the system should enable Liquid Culture Test and move the beneficiary to the Liquid Culture referral card.

However, currently, even when these conditions are satisfied, the beneficiary is not being moved to the Liquid Culture referral card.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to TB screening / relevant form
2. Set any of the following:
   • History of TB = Yes
   • OR Anti-TB Drugs = Yes
   • OR Sputum = Yes
3. Submit the form
4. Check referral cards / next workflow stage

Expected Result:

• Liquid Culture Test should be enabled
• Beneficiary should appear in the Liquid Culture referral card

Actual Result:

• Liquid Culture Test is not triggered
• Beneficiary does not appear in Liquid Culture referral card
