In the General OPD form, after entering medication details and submitting the form, when the user revisits or views the submitted data, the Medication field appears blank, even though it was filled earlier.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to General OPD screen
2. Fill all required details including Medication field
3. Click on Submit
4. Reopen/view the submitted form or revisit the same patient record
5. Observe the Medication field

Expected Result:

• The Medication field should display the previously entered value after submission.

Actual Result:

• The Medication field is blank after submission, despite being filled earlier.
