Description

Currently, the General OPD medication data model stores medication information without supporting dosage-related details for each individual drug. As a result, dosage, frequency, and other prescription-specific information cannot be maintained independently for every prescribed medication.

To support the new General OPD medication workflow, the backend/database needs to be updated so that each medication record can store its own prescription details.

Current Behavior

• Dosage-related information cannot be associated with individual medications.

Expected Behavior

Update the General OPD medication schema to support storing details for each selected medication independently.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each medication record in a General OPD visit stores its own dosage, frequency, and remarks.
