2. Navigate to Dashboard/Home screen
3. Trigger or wait for data sync (auto/manual refresh)
4. Observe the dashboard cards during sync

Actual Result:

• Dashboard cards flicker continuously during sync
• UI appears unstable and repeatedly refreshes

Expected Result:

• UI should update smoothly without flickering
• Data refresh should be seamless and non-disruptive
