When a wife/husband is registered in Tab 1, the “Register Husband/Wife” button still remains visible in Tab 2, even though the spouse has already been added.

The system is not syncing the updated relationship status across tabs, leading to incorrect UI behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open application in Tab 1 and Tab 2
2. In Tab 1:
   • Register a beneficiary
   • Add spouse using “Register Husband/Wife”
3. Switch to Tab 2:
   • Navigate to the same beneficiary profile

Actual Result

• “Register Husband/Wife” button is still visible in Tab 2
• UI does not reflect that spouse is already registered

Expected Result

• Once spouse is registered, the “Register Husband/Wife” button should be hidden/disabled
• Updated data should reflect across all open tabs/sessions
