The UAT StopTB environment (uatstoptb) is currently not functioning as expected. Users are unable to access the application properly, and login attempts with valid UAT credentials are failing.

This issue is blocking all testing activities in the UAT environment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UAT URL: uatstoptb.piramalswasthya.org/admin
2. Attempt to login using valid UAT user credentials
3. Observe system behavior

Actual Result

• Application is not loading properly / not working as expected
• Login attempts are failing for all UAT users
• Users are unable to access the system

Expected Result

• UAT environment should be accessible
• Users should be able to login successfully using valid credentials
• System should function normally for testing
