While uploading the Nikshay Results CSV after generating Nikshay IDs, the API call is failing with a 500 Internal Server Error, and the CSV is not getting uploaded successfully.

The issue is reproducible consistently and blocks the Nikshay ID sync process.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Nikshay Sync module
2. Click on Upload Nikshay Results
3. Select a valid generated results CSV file
4. Click on Upload Results CSV
5. Observe the network/API response in DevTools

Actual Result

• API importResultsCsv is failing with 500 Internal Server Error
• CSV upload does not complete
• Nikshay IDs are not updated in the system

(As seen in Network tab: multiple failed XHR calls with status 500)

Expected Result

• CSV should upload successfully
• API should return success response (200 OK)
• Nikshay IDs should be updated for beneficiaries
