Beneficiaries incorrectly visible in TPT module without confirmed TB case in family

      When a new beneficiary is registered, they are automatically appearing in the TPT module, even if no family member is marked as a confirmed TB case.

      As per expected functionality, only those beneficiaries should be listed in the TPT module whose any family member is a confirmed TB case.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Register a new beneficiary with valid details
      2. Ensure no family member is marked as a confirmed TB case
      3. Navigate to TPT Module
      4. Search or check the beneficiary list

      Expected Result

      Only beneficiaries with at least one family member marked as a confirmed TB case should be displayed in the TPT module.

      Actual Result

      All registered beneficiaries are being displayed in the TPT module, regardless of TB case status in the family.
