Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Register/select a pregnant female beneficiary
3. Perform TB Screening
4. Mark the beneficiary as asymptomatic
5. Complete the screening process
6. Navigate to Dashboard / Presumptive TB Cases

Actual Result:

• Beneficiary is appearing under Presumptive TB Case card

Expected Result:

• Asymptomatic pregnant beneficiary should NOT be categorized as a Presumptive TB case
• Classification should strictly follow screening logic/criteria
