      Add a new mandatory field to the House Hold Details section of the New Household Registration form.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • [ ] "House ownership" radio field added to the House Hold Details section, positioned after "Type of House" / "Other Type of House"
      • [ ] Two options only: Rented, Owned
      • [ ] Field is mandatory — form cannot be submitted without a selection
      • [ ] Value persists on the household record and is available on sync/edit
