2. Observe the card counts for All Household, All Beneficiary, and Non-Household.
3. Monitor the values for a few seconds.

Actual Result:
Counts are dynamically increasing and decreasing (glitching).

Expected Result:
Counts should remain stable and only update based on valid data changes or user actions.
