Refer to the attached mockup image of Beneficiary card:

1. In this card remove these details:

Address, DoB, Gender, Aadhaar No.

2. and include these below details:

Registration date, S/O, w/o, Head of the Family Name, ABHA No. Nikshay Id, sync status icon and other details as per existing card.
3. and additionally  include TB screening details.
