      In the General Examination screen, the Hindi translation for the medical term "Pallor" is incorrect.

      Currently, "Pallor" is translated as "पीलापन", which is medically incorrect.
      The correct Hindi translation for Pallor should be "फीकापन".

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application
      2. Navigate to General Examination screen
      3. Switch language to Hindi
      4. Observe the translation of Pallor

      Expected Result:

      "Pallor" should be translated as "फीकापन"

      Actual Result:

      "Pallor" is displayed as "पीलापन"
