In the Counsellor role, within the Examination Forms section, the order of forms is incorrect. Currently, Anthropometry Screen is displayed before the TB Screening Form.

As per expected workflow and usability, the TB Screening Form should appear first, followed by the Anthropometry Screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as Counsellor
2. Navigate to All Beneficiaries
3. Select any beneficiary
4. Click on Examine
5. Open Examination Forms section
6. Observe the order of forms

Actual Result:

• Anthropometry Screen is shown before TB Screening Form
• Form sequence does not follow expected workflow

Expected Result:

• TB Screening Form should be displayed first
• Anthropometry Screen should appear after TB Screening Form
• Form order should follow logical/PRD-defined flow
