Currently, the General OPD module does not support selecting individual drugs with their corresponding dosage information captured separately for each drug. This limits the ability to accurately record what medication was prescribed/administered and at what dosage on a per-drug basis.

We need to enable a feature where users can select one or more individual drugs during a General OPD consultation, and for each selected drug, capture its specific dosage details (e.g., dose amount, frequency, duration) independently — rather than as a single combined or generic entry.

Current Behavior:
Individual drug selection with per-drug dosage capture is not available in General OPD. (Specify current behavior — e.g., no drug selection exists at all, or drugs can be selected but dosage isn't captured per drug, or only a single free-text field is used.)

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to:

• Select one or multiple individual drugs from a list/master during a General OPD visit
• Capture dosage details (e.g., dose, frequency, duration, route) separately for each selected drug
• Save and retrieve this information accurately per patient visit record
