Currently, BenID (Beneficiary ID) registration numbers are not being generated automatically, requiring manual intervention to create or assign them. This creates inefficiency, delays in registration, and risk of human error (e.g., duplicate IDs, incorrect formatting, or skipped records).

We need a mechanism to automatically generate BenIDs at the point of registration, eliminating the need for any manual step. This should ensure IDs are generated consistently, uniquely, and in real-time as new beneficiary records are created.

Current Behavior:
BenIDs require manual generation/assignment, which is time-consuming and prone to errors (duplicates, inconsistent formatting, delays in record completion).

Expected Behavior:
The system should automatically generate a unique BenID for each new beneficiary registration without requiring any manual input or intervention, following the defined ID
