When duplicate village names exist in the village selection list, household (HH) records associated with that village are not displayed to the user. This blocks the user from viewing existing records tied to that location. Data is not getting collected. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the village selection list during [registration/search — specify screen name]
2. Select a village name that has a duplicate entry in the list
3. Observe that HH records for that village do not load/display

Expected Result:
Selecting a village name (regardless of duplicates) should correctly display all associated HH records.

Actual Result:
HH records fail to display when a duplicate village name is selected from the list.

Workaround:
Deselecting the duplicate name and selecting the non-duplicate (correct) entry for the same village allows the user to register and continue work normally.
