User Story

As a Volunteer
I want the TPT flow to rule out active TB before initiating preventive treatment
So that a contact with active TB is redirected to a TB case record instead of receiving TPT

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] "Screening done at the referral facility" — Yes/No, mandatory
• [ ] "Is it confirmed TB case" — Yes/No, mandatory
• [ ] If "Is it confirmed TB case"=Yes: create a new Confirmed TB record (STOP-5) for this contact and close the TPT flow
• [ ] If No: continue to TPT initiation step
