When logging into the application with a selected village, the dashboard correctly displays data for that village. However, when the village is changed using the Village/Hamlet filter on the dashboard, the data does not update accordingly and continues to show 0 count.

To reflect the correct data, the user is required to change the village from the top (global village selector) once. After doing this, the dashboard starts showing correct data for both individual and all villages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application with a selected village
2. Navigate to Dashboard
3. Observe data is displayed correctly for the selected village
4. Change village using Village/Hamlet filter on dashboard
5. Observe data does not update
6. Now change village from the top/global selector
7. Observe data updates correctly

Expected Result:

Dashboard data should update immediately based on the village selected from the filter without requiring any additional action.

Actual Result:

Dashboard data does not update when using the filter. Data updates only after changing the village from the top/global selector.
