      User Story

      As a Volunteer
      I want to line-list the household contacts of a confirmed DS-TB case
      So that each contact can be screened and offered TPT per protocol

      Acceptance Criteria

      • [ ] Module auto-opens when a Confirmed TB case is set to Regimen=DS-TB (6 Months) (STOP-5)
      • [ ] Per-contact fields: Name, Age, Gender (Male/Female/Transgender/Prefer not to say), Mobile Number
      • [ ] TPT Screening Status — Not Started / Pending / Completed; default Pending; mandatory
      • [ ] Referral Facility for screening — HWC / PHC / CHC / District Hospital; mandatory
      • [ ] Module remains editable after initial submit (results come back over time)
