      As a Volunteer
      I want to see the complete follow-up visit history for a confirmed TB case
      So that I can audit past care and spot patterns of non-adherence or missed visits

      Acceptance Criteria

      • [ ] Follow-up Visit History table appears on the Confirmed TB record
      • [ ] Each row captures: visit date, month number, adherence, any discomfort, geolocation, who recorded the visit
      • [ ] Read-only (past visits cannot be edited from this table)
