Dashboard cards are showing incorrect counts for the following metrics:

• Total beneficiaries with Past History of TB
• Total beneficiaries Currently on Anti-TB Drugs
• Total TB Suspected Cases

Even when “No” is selected for relevant fields during registration or screening, beneficiaries are still being included in these counts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the application
2. Register or update a beneficiary with:
   • Past History of TB = No
   • On Anti-TB Drugs = No
   • TB Suspected = No
3. Navigate to Dashboard
4. Observe the counts in respective cards

Expected Result

• Only beneficiaries with:
  • Past History = Yes should be counted in history card
  • On Anti-TB Drugs = Yes should be counted
  • TB Suspected = Yes should be counted
• Counts should strictly reflect actual data conditions

Actual Result

• Beneficiaries marked as “No” are still included in:
  • Past History of TB count
  • Anti-TB Drugs count
  • TB Suspected count
• Dashboard is showing inflated/incorrect numbers
