Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as Registrar
2. Register a Household and marked it as "Married"
3. Now observe button on card
4. Now, Login as Nurse or Counsellor
5. Register a Household and marked it as "Married"
6. Now observe button on card

Expected Result

• “Register Husband/Wife” option should be visible and accessible
• Functionality should be consistent with Registrar login

Actual Result

• “Register Husband/Wife” option is not visible for Nurse and Counsellor roles
• Only Registrar login shows this option
