After enabling access for Counsellor role to TB Screening and Anthropometry forms, the Contact Follow Up form is also appearing under the same “Examine” section.

However, as per the expected workflow, Contact Follow Up is applicable only for Confirmed TB cases, and should not be visible at this stage or for this role.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as Counsellor
2. Go to All Beneficiaries
3. Click on Examine button for a beneficiary
4. Observe the list of forms shown

Actual Result:

• Anthropometry Screen → Visible 
• TB Screening Form → Visible 
• Contact Follow Up → Also visible - (Incorrect)

Expected Result:

• Only Anthropometry and TB Screening forms should be visible for Counsellor
• Contact Follow Up should:
  • Appear only for Confirmed TB cases
  • Be role-based and not shown in general Examine flow
