When the user logs in and selects a village, the data for the selected village does not load initially. Even after clicking on the refresh button, the data is not displayed. However, when the user switches to another village and clicks refresh, data for the new village is loaded successfully. After that, when the user navigates back to the initially selected village and clicks refresh again, the data appears.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Select any village (Village A)
3. Click on refresh
4. Observe that no data is displayed
5. Change to another village (Village B)
6. Click on refresh → Data loads successfully
7. Switch back to Village A
8. Click refresh again

Actual Result:

• Data for Village A does not load initially
• Requires switching village and re-refreshing to load data

Expected Result:

• Data for the selected village should load correctly on the first selection and refresh
• No need to switch villages to trigger data loading
