After receiving the TrueNat (Sputum Test) result, the data is not being stored in the database under the suspected TB table.

Observed that:

• Column sputum_test_result remains NULL
• Other diagnostic results such as:
  • Chest X-ray
  • RIF result are getting stored correctly in the same table

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete TB Screening
2. Trigger TrueNat test
3. Receive result from provider
4. Check suspected TB table in database

Actual Result

• sputum_test_result column is NULL
• TrueNat result is not stored
• Other fields (X-ray, RIF) are populated correctly

Expected Result

• TrueNat result should be stored correctly in sputum_test_result column
• All diagnostic results should persist consistently in the database
