Changes related to Capturing Location details during HH registration and Add member:
 
1. GPS unavailable checkbox to be removed and manage as background task and show a label "(GPS not captured)" when "Registration done at camp Site" is Yes
2. Remove Lat, Long, Timestamp fields from UI- manage as background task.
3. Only Digipin field to be shown on the UI and give a retry button/ refresh button if not captured automatically. Once Digipin is captured then only enable Submit button.

4. Progress bar: wait till location latitude & longitude and DIGIPIN are fetched till then show progress bar
5. If "Registration done at camp Site" is Yes, then No need to capture Lat, long, Digipin, and show a label "(GPS not captured)" and show reason "Registration done at camp Site".
6. If "Registration done at camp Site" is No, then need to capture Lat, long, Digipin.
7. When edit option is given for HH, Beneficiary forms then location details can also be edited & updated, by selecting the option to "Do you want to update the location details?"
8. These changes are applicable in the edit HH and Beneficiary forms
