On the HH card, change the title "Add HoF member" to "Register HoF member".

In All Beneficiaries section when individual beneficiary card opens, give "Add Member" button on the card so directly an additional member can be registered there itself instead of going to "HH reg form" and then looking up the household and HoF.

Give edit options in HH registration and Beneficiary registration forms. 

In the HoF registration and family members registration give edit option in the last name field. By default autopopulate it from HH registration form. But in case any change is needed, give pencil icon for edits.
