In the LAN environment (Connection type uses wireless Wi-Fi signals, without internet), data exchange between tablets/mobile devices and the local server is not working. However, it works correctly when an internet connection is available.

      Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

      1. Set up a laptop as the local server (Camp Hub) with the MMU application installed and configured.
      2. Connect the laptop and all tablets/mobile devices running the Stop TB App to the same LAN network using a Wi-Fi router without internet access.
      3. Install the Stop TB App on all tablets/mobile devices to connect to the Camp Hub LAN server.
      4. Log in to the Stop TB App using the respective user accounts on each device.
      5. Start entering data in the Stop TB App from the connected tablets/mobile devices.
      6. Verify whether data exchange and communication occur seamlessly between the Stop TB App devices and the local server.

      Expected Result:

Data synchronization and communication should occur seamlessly between all Stop TB App devices and the local server over the LAN network, even when internet connectivity is not available.

      Actual Result:

Data exchange and communication between the Stop TB App devices and the local server do not occur in the LAN-only environment. The functionality works as expected only when internet connectivity is available.
